WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT OAK HILL FARM?
What can I say about Oak Hill Farm? Well, let’s start from the beginning. My fiancé and I were looking for a wedding venue for a good minute, and not a single one of them so far were the right fit. We toured and visited and really just wanted to find a venue and staff that deserved our money. We were actually signed up to tour another venue on a Wednesday, and we wound up cancelling due to certain policies that did not fit, so we replaced that tour and scheduled to visit Oak Hill Farm. And my goodness, am I so thankful! From the first communication, everything was handled professionally, and with superb hospitality! We showed up to the tour (only having been there once before in 2023), and were immediately speechless at how beautiful the property was. It looked completely different from when I was there in 2023! They had upgraded so much! Mrs. Joni took us on our tour, was very thorough, and immediately became one of our favorite people! We knew before the tour was even over that Oak Hill Farm was where we wanted to get married. Mrs. Joni was telling the story behind the property, the venue, and the amazing tree - the Jewel, when she mentioned how they do prayer walks over the property. It was everything we had prayed for!! The thought of walking into something so holy before God and our family, while knowing that we have been prayed for before we ever met the staff was so mind blowing!! We immediately felt like we were family. Mrs. Joni and Mrs. Jennifer were exceptionally great at communicating throughout the planning process leading up to the wedding. They answered all of my questions before I even asked them. And even some I didn’t know to ask lol. Fasting forward to the wedding, I felt completely secure in the fact that they had everything handled. Between Mrs. Joni (the best wedding coordinator ever), my mom, and my aunt, everything went perfectly. I didn’t have to worry at all. Mrs. Joni was in and out of the bridal sweet, sometimes just to see how I was doing! Right before I walked down the aisle, my mom had to leave me to get in place to walk, so I had a little bit of a panic moment. Mrs. Joni dropped was she was doing, put down her clip board, and joined with my mom in laying hands on me to pray peace and joy over me. I will never forget that. It confirmed everything I had prayed for in a wedding coordinator and venue. It meant the world to me, and helped me tremendously! I watched as she cried tears of joy with me and my family during the wedding, and I am so grateful to have someone like her in my life. She handled everything else after that. All the vendors, people, guests, etc. you name it, she was on it! It was the most beautiful, and perfect night that I could have ever asked for! People are still talking about how fun and amazing it was, and it is almost 6 months later! We never wanted it to end! I will never stop recommending Oak Hill Farm for any event!
