 Our venue rental fee includes access to the property, use of our stunning oak tree ceremony site, reception pavilion, bridal and groom suites, tables, chairs, Day of Coordinator and basic decor items.  

 You are welcome to bring in your own vendors, or you can choose from our list of trusted, preferred vendors who are familiar with the venue and our standards of service.

 We have a Plan B for inclement weather! Our pavilion is fully equipped to host your ceremony and reception in case of rain. 

 Yes, wedding coordination services are included to help you plan and execute your big day seamlessly. Our coordinators will work with you to ensure every detail is taken care of. 

 We recommend booking your wedding at least 12 to 18 months in advance to ensure your preferred date is available, especially during peak wedding season. 

Absolutely! Our venue is designed to host both your ceremony and reception, providing a seamless experience for you and your guests. 

 Yes, we have ample on-site parking for all your guests, with easy access to the ceremony and reception areas. 

 We allow alcohol to be served at your event, but it must be provided by a licensed and insured bartender or catering service.
